Due to social distancing measures and short-staffing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Royal Mail are advising that there are disruptions to their services. These disruptions have unpredictable effects on the whole network and are not always reported on. While your local delivery office may be working, offices and distribution centres your order passes through may not be. Royal mail isn't reporting most of what or where is being delayed so I'm afraid once items leave my hands I don't know when they will arrive.
Most of my dispatches are arriving on time but others are sadly getting caught somewhere in the system. I am currently waiting on a response from Royal Mail about these issues.
In addition to this I have been having some technical difficulties with operating Shopify. Not all dispatch notifications are being emailed. This will be rectified in the next few days as I have enlisted help with the technical side of the website.
If you have any concerns or questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. I can only help if I'm aware of the issue but once I am alerted to problems I will do everything I can to fix them. All I would ask is that you be aware that I am not able to respond to contact 24/7 but I will get back to you as soon as possible.
For those of you who haven't chatted with me - it is just me (Becky) running this little business so please when enquiring even if something has gone missing or wrong please be polite is all I ask. I will always do everything I can to ensure you are happy with the service from me.
